The Italian Osteria and Cheesebar, a premier dining concept from the Joseph Richard Group in Langley, British Columbia, presented the challenge of evolving its existing brand through a series of menus. These menus needed to encompass the restaurant’s extensive food and drink offerings, including an illustrated wine menu.
