Bonnie came to me with a strong vision already in place, along with a beautifully curated moodboard rooted in neoclassical references, carved textures, and darker symbolic elements. It immediately set the tone, something layered, a little ominous, and rich with meaning.
From there, I focused on translating that feeling into a cohesive cover. I refined the composition, balanced the typography, and shaped the illustration to build tension and draw the eye…letting the imagery speak without overcomplicating it. The result is a cover that feels intentional and atmospheric, staying true to her concept while elevating it into something polished and striking!
